A new build located in Polzeath for holiday accommodation. The house has 4 bedrooms, it has a reversed floor plan, with the lounge on the first floor and a large balcony spanning the length of the building.

A new build also located in Polzeath,  with access to a small beach. Rockside was originally a private home which has now been sub-divided for holiday accommodation.

A complete renovation of the Country House, in order to be re-purposed as holiday accommodation. The 6 bedroom  house is located on a 23 acre estate, near the Lizard Peninsula.
