Rockside
A new build also located in Polzeath, with access to a small beach. Rockside was originally a private home which has now been sub-divided for holiday accommodation.
Nanplough
A complete renovation of the Country House, in order to be re-purposed as holiday accommodation. The 6 bedroom house is located on a 23 acre estate, near the Lizard Peninsula.
