Trewin Design Architects had hired Simon Lawrence Builders to build a new private home in Polzeath. Their brief was to replace the existing tired-looking house with its dark rooms and poor outlook with an exciting, light and airy modern home, enhancing views and providing open-plan living spaces to relax in. The home was later subdivided into studio apartments which are now available as Holiday Accommodation.

Building for the Future

Rockside Annex is a delightful holiday accommodation located close to Polzeath Beach and a path with access direct to Baby Bay Beach. The interior is modern and fresh, with a rustic charm, and the light bounces beautifully throughout the house due to the sky lights and large windows overlooking the beautiful Cornish landscape.
